Mountain spring fed creek flows year round on the property. In the spring and summer it gets a good volume of water movement and continues to flow all year. In winter even the flow is substantial and it’s a clean fresh water as the base is gravel/rock and of course spring fed. The water in around Phoenix Mtn and Greenwood is spectacular water. Greenwood of course entered the water in the world water tasting contest and won best tasting water.
